Thank you for shopping with Novavo. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.


Processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email once your order is on the way.


Delivery time

Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local carrier performance, and any customs processing for international orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.


Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide. This includes the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and most other countries.

Shipping cost

Free shipping is included on every order, worldwide. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.


Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your account at getnovavo.com.


Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

Orders shipping outside your country of origin may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your country's customs authority on arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Customs policies vary by country. If you're unsure about potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.


Lost, damaged, or undelivered packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, first check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@getnovavo.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will help investigate.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@getnovavo.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

For packages confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at support@getnovavo.com as soon as possible. We can usually update the address if your order has not yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
